The service

Mobwala is online software that helps mobile phone shops manage repairs, sales, stock, phone trading, suppliers, expenses and reports. You access it through a web browser.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your staff logins secure. The shop owner controls who has access to the shop.

Free trial and payment

New shops get a 14-day free trial. After that, the monthly fee is the total of the modules you have selected, paid in advance by bank transfer, mobile wallet or another method we accept. Fees are not refundable for partial months.

Late payment

If a payment is more than 3 days late, your account becomes read-only: you can view your data but cannot add or change anything until payment is received. Accounts unpaid for a long period may be suspended.

Acceptable use

You may only use Mobwala for lawful business purposes. You must not use it to record the purchase or sale of phones you know or suspect to be stolen.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. We store it securely and only use it to provide the service. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect.
