What we collect

Your shop details and staff logins, and the business records you enter: customers, repairs, sales, stock, phones (including IMEI numbers and seller identification details), suppliers and expenses.

How we use it

Only to run the service for your shop — showing your records, printing receipts and calculating reports. We do not sell your data or use your customers' details for marketing.

Who can see it

Each shop's data is kept separate: only your shop's logins can see it. Within your shop, what staff can see depends on their role. Our team only accesses your data to provide support when you ask.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for collecting customer and seller details lawfully and only keeping what you need. Seller identification details should be used only to verify ownership of phones you buy.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and passwords are stored hashed. Keep your login details private and remove staff accounts when people leave.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your data.
